A workspace minimum. People are free.

Starlings has a fixed workspace minimum that includes built-in assistance. Human seats and personal assistant connections are free. Additional shared agents have a flat price while unfrozen, used or unused. Call usage belongs to your workspace. You pay your model provider directly.

The minimum applies even with no additional shared agents. Transcription runs on your devices; built-in assistance is included. The first month is free with a card and a bounded trial allowance. The paid minimum is shown before confirmation. Prices exclude VAT.

Your usage and limits

Planned in Admin: your billing period, participant-minutes used, included and remaining minutes, estimated overage, and your monthly spending ceiling. At the ceiling, new calls are refused with a reason; calls already running finish, so the final bill can exceed the ceiling.

External model and runtime spending

You choose and pay your model and agent runtime providers directly. Their charges are separate from this Starlings invoice estimate. Personal assistant connections have no additional seat charge.
