Message a colleague
- Open Team: ⌘4, the Team tab, or
/team. - Choose the person. The conversation opens in the column.
- Write the message and send it. The message waits for them. Nothing rings.
To start a group, press New group… and choose up to twelve people. The group's name is the names of its people.
To message everyone at once, use Everyone, pinned at the top of Groups.
To talk about a project or a lead, do not use Team. Open the subject in Work. Its Talk is the one conversation on that subject.
Unread messages show on Home's MESSAGES, the Team badge, and the Mac's Team button.
